Who we are
Africa Aviation Executive Services (AAES) is a Kenya-based flight support and trip support company operating from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi. Our operations desk is available 24 hours a day, every day, for planned movements and time-critical operational changes.
We support commercial airlines, cargo operators, charter and private jet operators, medevac flights, humanitarian missions and other non-scheduled traffic. One coordination desk connects the regulatory, dispatch and ground-service work around each movement.
Kenya is our home market and the operational base we know most directly. From Nairobi, we coordinate permits, fuel, handling and trip support across East Africa and the wider continent through appointed suppliers, licensed handlers, airport operators and the relevant civil aviation authorities.

What we do
We handle the operational, regulatory and logistical work around a flight so your crew does not have to chase it.
Flight permits
Overflight, landing, ad hoc, block, charter and special permits. We prepare the documentation, submit to the authority and follow it through to approval. Flight permits in Africa.
Flight planning and dispatch
Route planning, flight plan filing, flight watch, weather, NOTAMs and airport information. We stay with the flight when plans change in the air. Flight support in Africa.
Fuel coordination
Jet A-1, Jet A, Avgas and SAF. We confirm supplier availability before departure, book the uplift against your slot and supervise it on the ramp. Aircraft fuelling services.
Ground handling
Aircraft handling supervision, air cargo, in-flight catering, VIP handling, FBO and concierge support. Ground handling services.
Slots and parking
Airport slot coordination, PPR approvals and parking arrangements, including at airports where stand availability is tight.
Where we operate
Our office sits inside the airport estate at JKIA, which is the practical difference between coordinating a movement and watching it from a distance.

Regional Africa. Our current planning resources include Kigali (KGL/HRYR), Entebbe (EBB/HUEN), Kilimanjaro (JRO/HTKJ) and O.R. Tambo (JNB/FAOR), supported by country-permit guidance for Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and South Africa.
Wider Africa. Beyond these priority markets, we coordinate permits, fuel and handling through appointed providers and current authority channels. Coverage is confirmed movement by movement: airport operating limits, parking, fuel, CIQ, payment terms and permit lead times can change by country, aircraft and date.
How we work
Three things shape how we run a movement.
Confirm, do not assume. Most disruption in African operations comes from something that was expected to be available and was not. Fuel, a stand, a permit window, a payment method. We check the detail before the aircraft commits to it.
Compliance first. Permits are approved on accurate documentation and correct timing. We would rather tell you a lead time is too short than submit something that will be rejected.
One desk. Permits, fuel, handling and dispatch are coordinated by the same team, so changes are controlled through one operational contact. The desk is staffed 24 hours a day.
Clear capability limits. AAES coordinates services and supervises the operating chain; regulatory approvals remain with the responsible authorities, and final airport, fuel and handler acceptance remains with each appointed provider. We confirm what is available for the actual aircraft, route and schedule instead of presenting continent-wide availability as automatic.
