We identify and coordinate the appropriate approved FBO or ground handler for the airport and mission. Availability, operating hours and service scope are confirmed for the aircraft type, schedule and passenger profile.

AAES checks parking availability, stand restrictions, towing requirements and airport approvals with the local provider. Longer stays and peak-period movements should be requested early because parking cannot be assumed at every station.

Our operations team can arrange crew transport, hotel options, catering and practical local assistance around duty-time and schedule requirements. Each service is confirmed against station availability and the operator’s instructions.

We coordinate required equipment such as passenger steps, GPU, air start, towbar or tug, potable water and lavatory service through the authorised local provider. Equipment compatibility and availability are checked before arrival.

We arrange cabin cleaning and in-flight catering coordination through approved providers, subject to local lead times, menu availability, security procedures and aircraft delivery requirements.

AAES keeps the operator, crew, FBO, handler, fuel provider and transport contacts aligned through the movement. We monitor service readiness, schedule changes and departure requirements to support an efficient turnaround.
