Confirm the supplier, release reference, payment status, delivery window and any local documentation before departure.
Passenger, CIQ and VIP planning
Passenger processing depends on nationality, travel documents, operation type and current entry requirements. VIP or diplomatic handling may require additional approval and cannot be presumed from the flight permit alone. Share passenger requirements carefully and use secure channels for sensitive documents.
